The Great Exploitation Proliferation Chapter 25

The Great Exploitation Proliferation Chapter 25

Corporations

It was important for me to break down judgment before I touched on Corporations. The reason for this is the nature of what a corporation is perverts sound judgment. That’s why the overwhelming amounts of scandal and the scrutiny of business ethics have plagued the business world for decades.

Those who have a predisposition to judge things based on third party knowledge or by the ear tingling tease of a talebearer will think that there is no association with a corporate entity and judgment. However, for those of you who are inclined to gather knowledge without bias, you will gather a wealth of knowledge. Essential knowledge is useless without understanding and that my friend is what I offer you in this paragraph understanding of the simplicity of wealth by deception. I will exploit the exploiter. The biblical prophesies of Ezra an Israeli prophet declare; “my people are destroyed from a lack of knowledge.” I can assume accurately that this is the very reason I’m seeing the destruction of many people in today’s day and age. Now understanding how corporations are devoid of sound judgment is based on this premise: That when one person claims to be, but not to be only for the benefit of the person. He is a liar and delusional. However, when a corporation is by law a legal person, but all the decisions that make the corporation claim zero liability for decisions made, then simply that “legal person” corporation is in nature a lie. Simple, but maybe too simple for most so let me break this down for you further. When a crook makes enough money to buy legislation then he becomes a legal crook. Crooks lie, cheat and steal for profit period.

Per Man Hour

The industrial age bloomed from 1712 coal mining and textile business that operated by production per man hour. Black Americans didn’t have these rights until the 14th amendment was passed. It was an estimated 600,000 people killed in the process of getting these rights for blacks to keep the state from stealing life, liberty and property from blacks. The first corporations ever were state chartered and the share holders were liable. However, after the civil war when steel, railroad and oil prospered then corporate lawyers seized on an opportunity for power when the 14th amendment of 1866 was passed. The corporate lawyers argued that the corporation was a person and should be protected with the rights of life, liberty and property by due process of law. This argument was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1886. Part of the Jim Crow era 1890 to 1910 307 cases arguing the 14th amendment were brought before the courts 288 were corporations and only 19 were blacks. The civil rights movement revolutionized the Black American lifestyle. American businesses in the 60’s and 70’s began to take down the “White only” and “Colored only” signs when the 14th amendment was ratified on July 9, 1968.

Things have changed since 1712…1866…1886…1968. It’s 2010 and blacks have rights that seemingly they’ve never had before. Then the question still lingers. Just how rich or wealthy are corporations now versus how poor are wage earners? Compare the minimum wage to the corporate bonuses that were handed out to its executives with billions of dollars in bail out money from the government. This is done in light of the slick process of corporate lawyers writing off millions of dollars in taxes a year or not paying at all. We see a gluttonous entity feeding off the innovations and technology of the masses that enable them to feed and feed its hunger for more and more. Even in marketing the prosperous business is fashioned after the cash cow. Then while this generation feasts on more and more natural resources they invest the remaining into technology that takes the place of the over populated poor. When insurance companies make money off the dead and then make business deals with other corporations, then the poor becomes worth more dead than alive. That’s why you have corporations like AT&T, Citibank, and host of others taking out insurance policies on their employee for millions of dollars without their KNOWLEDGE. Then when the “retire” the company gets a big check from the insurance company. Why would the insurance company pay that much to a “corporation” instead of the person’s family that was covered? Obviously the people who really need it is the family. It was reported that one Bank of America employee passed away and his family receive not one penny of the insurance money that got paid to Bank of America in the sum of $150,000.00

To put it plain, the corporation pays the gun maker to make the gun then shoots him with it. Then pays the coffin maker what he would’ve paid the gun maker to bury the gun maker, and then promises him a bonus if he digs his own grave and lays in it… shoots the coffin maker and pays the burier what he would’ve paid the coffin maker, etc. Some would argue that it hasn’t gotten that bad yet. I’d tell that person. Look again or just read chapter 26 of The Great Exploitation Proliferation!
