The Great Exploitation Proliferation Chapter 24

The Great Exploitation Proliferation Chapter 24

Judgment

Your modern day dictionary has eight definitions of judgment. The main reasons I’ve decided to discuss judgment this blog is because judgment is the single most powerful endowment given to man. I’m going to break down the importance of judgment in an individual, relationships and government. No matter what race, creed, nationality or religion judgment is the common bond we share in living civilized. Judgment in any definition is best summed up as the act of making a decision.

Individual

Decisions within a decision already made for you. If you work for a living that is the lifestyle you live, no matter how well paid you are. Even an entrepreneur is governed by decisions that affect his lifestyle more so than any decision he can make for himself. Many frustrated citizens realized this and discount themselves as being free. I define freedom as something that is internal and relates more to inner-peace, knowledge and truth. I may work for living, but knowledge of who I am gives me freedom. I believe the TRUTH sets people free. The power to make a choice is very valuable and true happiness is found within focusing on what you can decide for yourself as opposed to what you can’t. For instance, you get hired on a job they hand you a job description or slide you a contract. The choice of what, how, and when you will do that job is made for you. If you don’t conform to it then you can be fired righteously. However, you can complete adhere to all the rules that enable you to keep your job and still get unlawfully fired. There laws that govern the land that are set in place to protect you as a citizen so that you don’t suffer injustice. Considering that you are born with the law of the land forced upon you. This enforcement of laws is supposed to be issued with the benefit of your well being to enable you to be law bidding.

Relationships

The joining of two people or more into one life is an everyday decision. Knowing what the other individual expects out of you and vice versa is the foundation of any relationship. Once an understanding is mutual, then only a misunderstanding or violation of the agreement warrants a change of mind/heart. The commitment to the agreement reflects character and strengthens the decision to remain bonded to the agreement. How can two walk together accept they agree? Jesus of Nazareth said to his disciples. When a relationship is complicated then one or both parties are liars. Judgment is the ultimate vehicle that drives a relationship. Lying abandons judgment because it’s a decision to hide one’s true self from the other person.

Government

The United States of America is made up of three branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. These branches intersect when it comes to civil law. “We The People” seems to be thematic when it comes to what America stands for. However, decades of scandal and abuse of office has been widely reported within the reigns of our government. The most important branch is very different from the rest considering that the Supreme Court members serve their offices till death or incapacity. This is in one extreme wise because judgment and interpretation of laws grow with the soundness, experience and wisdom of the Supreme Court Judges age. The other extreme is that if judgment is corrupted through greed, decisions that govern the masses can be sold to the highest bidder. Then civil liberties cease to exist for those who fall below the elitist’s billion dollar purse. This may seem to be what has transpired from the beginning of governments, but I beg to differ. I believe that the transfer of reign immediately becomes capital and capitalism becomes the center of thinking. What’s wrong with that if you’re capitalist? The main thing is that if supreme judgment can be bought and sold then the same poison that interferes in the minds of gambling addicts will begin to infiltrate the sovereign power of a nation. Therefore, it is of the upmost importance that integrity is maintained on this front. Why judicial as opposed to executive and legislative? Appellate authority gives the ultimate interpretation of a written (legislative) law to the supreme decision maker. The other branches are very important in this picture too. Example: Important decisions like the Al Gore and George W. Bush voter re-count were bought by politicians and high-priced U.S. attorneys. Judgment reads as follows: The appellate court orders a recount (bid one), then orders a deadline (bid two), and then orders recounts to stop before the deadline (bid three). Finally the supreme court of the United States of America declares George W. Bush President of the United States by demanding that votes be tallied up with finishing before the deadline that they had ruled on. They had known that Bush was ahead based on testimony.

Look at this way, the judgment (Judicial branch) to execute (Executive branch) someone’s will was not made based on right and wrong, or justice. The decision was made based on the corporations behind the politician that has projected great financial gain by going to war with Iraq. These Corporations have grown rich from buying (Legislative) legislation through lobbying. What’s wrong is the judgment of government has been sold and the integrity of a civil servant is long gone? If an individual would do a thing like this it would be equivalent to him selling his soul! Now greed governs…greed governs...greed that governs greed until there’s nothing left. The solution: well according to their judgment, tax everything to pay back the greed; land, ocean and air. How true is the saying, “America eats its young?” Chapter 25 will pick up on corporations.
