The Journey
I’m coming upon the completion of my first non-fiction book entitled The Nappy-nest of My Soul. It’s about the history of African American or better black men in America. This is not your typical book of racial injustice and the redundant documentation of discrimination. The book breaks down the cycles of pride that plague the inner-city and keeps men of color in economic, emotional and pharmaceutical enslavement. I even delve into the realities of systematic genocide. The creative non-fiction piece is illustrated with poetry that describes the depth of heart and riches of the human soul. A soul that has endured hardship and struggle to discover the ever available nest of Love and gratefulness that money can’t buy. I think to exploit this positive aspect of who I am and where I have come from will give you greater insight to the purpose of these blogs. I’ve taken you through various historical studies, but now I will write more about the world outside my window. Life as it pertains and directly affects me. No matter how much dirt and injustice I uncover regarding the powers that be, I can still live a life of joy, peace and love through humility and thanksgiving. This is a poem called Journey from the up and coming creative nonfiction work The Nappy-nest of My Soul. It contains the passion of my beliefs and the pains of my people’s struggle.

Mad Scientists—Not extraordinary just wrong…

Some inventors and scientists in history have come up with innovative inventions that made things convenient for civilization. However, there are some inventions and things being developed where you have to ask for what GOOD purpose did this come about. I’m talking about breakthroughs in science that are unheard of in history, but when broke down has no good motives what so ever.

The Terminator Gene for instance is a manufactured gene that is linked to fruits and vegetables so that the fruit produces for one year and terminates itself. Now why would a mad scientist design such a gene? Obviously, it’s to protect the interest of its corporate owners. What’s wrong with this picture? Could someone or a group of people be so greedy as to want to control the entire food supply from now until till the end of time? Tough questions and yet questions that only have to be answered because this is reality and not fantasy. Someone’s mind has contrived this without being locked in a mental institution but rather promoted to a government office to write legislation that protects this idea.

I have to talk to you all. Real talk! This age is full of technologies that can change the way we live drastically. I know family and friends that refuse to look into these things. They’d rather not know if technology exists that can control weather and natural disasters. If a natural disaster happens. Like the earthquake that just happened in Haiti January 2010 killing nearly hundreds of thousands. They’d rather conclude that a natural disaster occurred as it has traditionally. The reality is that there is technology that can manipulate weather. There are weapons that are worse than the atomic bomb. Misinformation is being distributed throughout the airways and the powers that be wants you to know precisely what they intend. The truth is that even the Holy Bible documents God saying that “my people are destroyed because of a lack of knowledge.” Yet, people afraid of everything outside of the comforts of tradition would rather taste the blissful silence of destruction, than to be temporarily terrified by the truth of this age.

What is the truth? Something that I declare! No, it’s something that when you here it then everything in retrospect and everything in the account of your conscience aligns in peaceful revelations. Some truth is traumatic yet peaceful. Truth to me is knowledge that is sent from the Creator and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Even though my readers may not be Christian, I believe that honest facts and research should be acknowledged and respected as such. The spiritual aspects of my conclusions are spiritually discerned and can’t be fully appreciated but by faith in my Lord and savior Jesus Christ that gives the revelation of the book he authored and endorsed. If I had not mentioned my faith or ever wrote one word of this blog… would not the realities that govern your life still remain? Would you not still want to know life how it is and not how it is portrayed to you by those who govern you?

I guess if a nuclear bomb was being dropped on America in 24 hours there would be people that would rather not know. There are others that would not only want to know, but would beg to know much sooner. The reality of it is the one who basks in ignorance of the world around them would be go on living and then sudden destruction would wipe all the dreams, fears and hopes of tomorrow away without struggle. The reality of those who chose to know would perhaps seek underground shelters or ways to stop those who choose to bring us harm. Maybe even 24 hours of prayer would suffice for those who believe in prayer. Did not Hezekiah himself hear that he would die from the prophet Isaiah and turn his face to the wall in prayer? What was the documented result? By witness of the prophet 15 years was added to his life because he knew what was to come otherwise. I’m talking to people that will perhaps ignore this blog and never take the time to read what I’m saying for fear of the weight of my words. The burden it carries to know that everything is not good and protected by the American dream. Rather that the American dream of a few is made to become the nightmare of the masses. This idea being in executions for many decades and is continuing to be labored for by those who inherited the vision of it. I had to stop and talk to you because I’ve disclosed a lot of information for you to digest and instead of loading you with more. I want you to reflect and meditate on what you have received to date. If the Lord is willing for us to see tomorrow then we can continue on. I don’t want people to be pessimistic and depressed over the harsh knowledge I’ve shared, but to receive honest information with gratefulness and joy! The Culture of Genes and T-shirts

America is filled with “jeans and t-shirt kind of guys and girls” simple and comfortably the normal fashion of our age. The cotton that was mass produced and prospered in the hands of slave laborers has blessed the closets of many Americans bond or free. Denim is a classic fabric from the 17th century till now it has been woven from cotton and made for everyone from the cowboy to the 21st century thug. Something is different about jeans and t-shirts today. Corporate America has long time feared that the planets resources would dry up and be utterly consumed for future generations. Research and science has been the focus of prevention regarding this potential crisis. Even space explorations thrive on this fear and popular thoughts of relocating planets have been taken into account. I believe people’s fear is present because of a lack of general understanding of human life and resource. People theorize on life’s absolutes. Yet, stake their own lives on speculations that have been documented by men more of prestige than over-all intellect and wisdom. All American cotton has been genetically modified and what is produced for the masses whether in cotton seed oil or clothing is something altogether different.

Did you know that stone washed jeans are that way in 2010 because they have genetically modified the fabric to look stone washed? I was coming up in the early 80’s when stone washed jeans was expensive. At least for my demographic, so we took our jeans and bleached them and even rubbed them up against rocks for the new look. I know funny! I was a kid and the things that kids do to fit in can be haunting at times. Biotechnology seems to be making more and more breakthroughs in the early 2000’s. Now I’m no scientist. Even though, I’m familiar with the basics of DNA for instance, the G to C and T to A “language…RNA molecules, amino acids, etc…” However, I believe I can explain to you biotech’s role in shaping the culture of future generations.

If you are an American then you have already consumed food that has been manipulated by a scientist. Meaning that what naturally was provided by God who I believe is Jesus both man and timeless deity due to the soundness of his doctrine has become in essence man made. Let’s not get into a religious debate, what man had to do before there were universities in place to guide our beliefs. Let’s simply think!

· Thought number one: If a man is born on this planet and all the resources and food was available, why don’t men simply seek after the source of the resource?
· Thought number two: If the food and resources given to man reproduce without end if left alone, why would man create a “terminator gene” to reverse the miracle?
· Thought number three: Knowing that everything in life reproduces after its own kind and naturally cycles into new life by process of season’s loss, why do men fear the loss of the planet. Better… why do men try to save the planet that has stood the test of time, but doesn’t rather seek to save himself who passes away in or out of season?

Now think again and really try to grasp why scientists seek to manipulate DNA of living things and try to improve on something that made them who they are? These next two chapters are going to break down the evil motives behind biotechnology. The manufacturing of new drugs and manipulation of food is just the tip of the iceberg. This chapter is not to break down facts, but to provoke you to think! What I’m going to break down to you will be shocking if you’re not prepared to come to the same conclusions I will discuss later. This is serious and vital to life. I believe that science has its place in the world. Research is important to knowing what we are made of and to treat our conditions better. When what is alive, however, becomes an experiment of the flawed and dying then it’s reasonable to say that what comes of it will also become flawed and die.

The Stone

Choices are the greatest authority in the earth. The power to choose and decision making is the root of thought. To plan and devise concepts requires decision making. An architect must choose measure, dimension and real estate while a carpenter must choose measure, dimension and tool. The decision enables the task to build and create which yields the outcome and the fruit of the decision is what we call the building. The purpose of every occupation under the sun can be termed synonymously with building. Building is a verb commonly used in relationships, institutions, businesses, esteem, wardrobe, resumes, and economy etc.

Question is who first created the concept and lay the foundation by which principle and purpose we are alive? What power has allowed the concept to conceive and die yet knowing that whatever he is (human) that his concept will continue in his stead? Human beings and mankind seem to be a building within’ itself. Reproducing and coming into the fullness of time where we know both where we have come from and where we are going. This debate about where we came from has been a strong-hold in American society. This strong hold or debatable thought has people wandering in the valley of decision; waiting to hear a truth beyond the trivial theories of evolution. Why is evolution trivial in my opinion? It is because it has been summed to theory and what has befallen man-kind to this date is absolute! Anyone studying science or the natural laws that govern the earth will confirm that absolution cannot be birthed of theory… but what is theorized required further research. After further research, this theory if built on any variation of another thought annihilates the theorized concept and makes it obsolete. With something as absolute as life and even death why would any man rest his soul in peace accepting his existence in concepts of theory? Yet, we build our reputations on what we know and contribute to society before we pass on. What we pass on is of grave importance. I’m wrapping up the history portion of this blog with the most important documents of history ever placed on paper.

Important because not only are the statements dominantly bold and of God complexity to any living man, but is stated with in a true story. The story was first a dream inside King Nebuchadnezzar’s mind during his reign of Babylon and it told of every empire that will exceed his reign. That is until the Creator and builder of life in mankind becomes a human and rules the earth forever. This is the STONE that struck the image of the golden head=Babylon, silver chest and arms=Medes (Europe) and Persians (Iran), brass torso and thighs=Greece and the iron legs and toes=The Roman Empire with ten iron/clay toes. This stone is cut out without hands and it strikes the image in pieces. This documented every empire that existed in history before they came to rule. What was prophecy then is historical fact today. If that can’t be denied then the later part of that story ultimately can’t be denied either. These declarations were spoken in absolutes and certainties and are documented as such by the same author who claims responsibility for our very existence. The STONE cut out without men’s hands. This is the very reason why people find the words of Jesus of Nazareth so profound for he states…

“Before Abraham was I AM”

“The stone which you builders rejected has become the head of the corner”

“Destroy this temple and I’ll it raise it up in three days”

Just to name a few there’s many of them. The point is that he makes the same like declarations of absolutes and never in concepts of theory. His catch phrase was even “Verily, verily…or truly, truly.” Consider the immaculate conception of his mother Mary before her husband knew her or before they consummated their marriage. Without man (a stone cut out without man’s hands) a man who is born who calls himself a stone and they inscribe above a crown of thorns KING OF THE JEWS. I told you that I would answer the question for you. Where is this world coming from? Then we would be able to accurately answer the question; what is this world coming to?

The clay is his chosen people Israel/Jews of the 12 tribes of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. How is Israel mingled with the ironed hearts of every religious concept that stem from Roman rule? That will have to wait till a later chapter. Trust me, it will be worth the wait!

The Laborers

I watched the documentary today “When I Came Home” about the modern day veterans coming home from Iraq homeless. Most of these soldiers have been diagnosed with PTS Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD is common with veterans, but the V.A. hospitals medicate them… the streets eventually medicate them when there are no resources available. It’s no mystery that V.A. hospitals are in the pockets of political representatives who are in bed with pharmaceutical companies. Check the resources one thing that any vet can get in abundance is medication. Once these vets become addicted to drugs then they go from shelter to shelter and are not taken care of by the country they fought for.

The history of the poor has a consistent theme. I’m learning that regardless of rank and advancement in the US military service. The economic system of America is designed to keep in an economic grid according to family, network or bloodline just like the Greeks.

Aristocratic always dramatic pee-on making people pissed and with the shift of sash wag at the gifted. Rags to riches…you say, not without selling your soul and when you think you’re more than your average Negro, I’ll bring you down real low. --Water Blakmon

I looked at the documentary and I marveled that after a few months back in America one of the men being interviewed who happened to be African America decided to go back to Iraq. The social worker had to stop him and advise him otherwise, but he would rather go back to war then to deal with the American system. He didn’t ask for luxuries that you see on MTV Cribs. Food shelter and clothing were the bare necessities the man asked the government he fought for in Iraq. The government gave him nothing but medication.

Speaking of history, I’m reminded of a story that Jesus of Nazareth told according the record of the Gospels.

About the rich man that would not give to a man who had begged for the crumbs that fell from the rich man’s table. The dogs showed him more compassion and licked his sores. Jesus continues… they both died and the rich man lifted up his eyes and in hell and saw Lazarus in Abraham’s bosom being comforted. The rich man begged Abraham to have the man come dip his finger in water so that he could cool his tongue. Abraham refused. Then the man begged that he send Lazarus to his brethren to warn them of his place of torment. Abraham refused and said that they had Moses and the other prophets.

I suppose the rich man had been used to the poor man serving him. The indication that Lazarus was poor because his boss was greedy is in the statement, “the dogs came and licked his sores” I say that Lazarus worked very hard and he more than likely worked around the rich man’s table. Of course, anyone that knows rich people knows that they don’t work. They get people to work for them. I say that because a part of his torment was to see Lazarus in comforts and another part was to see him no longer serve him. I believe that in today’s time it would be a living hell to have those who have great wealth and political power to have the poor no longer serve their purpose. Working poor people make rich people rich. The system is designed to have the have and have not’s. Therefore no real democracy is established in America. However the promise of democracy is the motivating force for the educated poor and middle class workers to achieve at meager standards. While advancement is encouraged, applauded and rewarded, the rich simply manage the production, retirement and death of its servants (employees).

Gauging the life and worth of each individual and simultaneously accounting for every dollar that will be made for spending, investment and heritage. Jesus even said the poor you will have always. There are those who are poor due to laziness and lack of wisdom. There are those who are poor due to bad education and injustice on account of the powers that be. It’s sad that as Vietnam veterans have been treated so are the troops of Iraq. We don’t have to accept that people who work and fight for this country come and go without respect and honor. The powers of protest are still effective. History is in favor of the people who voice their concerns and never for those who are lead like sheep to the slaughter.

Technology and Weapons of War

War in this day and age is all about the commercial and underground spread of dangerous arms such as the gun. The Chinese invented black powder later called gun powder. The Chinese first used gunpowder as a weapon known as rockets (tubes) in 1232. The use of firearms changed Chinese culture tremendously seeing that the country’s defense was based on the martial arts in which the sword and the Japanese manufactured weapons of the Ninja dominated. The first guns to record were wick style guns manufactured from 1364 to 1825. Popular names of wick guns included the Matchlock, Wheel lock, and Flintlock. In 1825, the Percussion-cap gun invented by Reverend John Forsyth and the first revolver was invented in 1835 called the Colt. Shotguns came in the 1850’s and the Gatling gun was featured to record in 1862. Revolvers made advancements in the Cartridge, and the Double action in the 1870’s. The Winchester rifle was introduced in 1873 with the first automatic Winchester breaking through in 1903. Automatic handguns came to the stage by the inventor Joseph Laumann and were made famous in 1893 with the Borchardt automatic pistol.

The 1900’s has been portrayed in other excellent technologies such as the television in which you can watch any action movie from a western, war-time or even an inner-city blaxploitation film and see how guns have made their influence on the world we live in. Now we have 9mm, revolvers, glocks, Russian AK 47, M-16, 45 cal, 44 cal, 357’s, 50 cal, 38 cal, and so on and so forth. The point is that we have historically solved our differences by fearfully preparing for the time that one’s independence would be violated. It’s as if the protestant movement carried a cancer of divided differences within its culture. Personally I believe that the laws and biblical principles are indeed good and moral standards govern people well. However, the root of the “United States” has accepted the independent mentality of the masses; Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the rights to remain silent, etc. Therefore, with these freedoms in place everyone embraced their differences and when other protested the choice of violent defense was enacted. The National Rifle Association founded in 1871 with a New York City charter. The memberships and arms grew with sporting events. Commercially what was intended for sport was also used heavily for wars Civil, domestic and in the famous World Wars I and II. From the late 1800’s into 2000 we are still shooting, from domestic quarrels to the Middle Eastern wars. We shoot more today because big business demands it! America sales arms to other countries, because big business demands that we do so. Halliburton owned by vice president Dick Cheney makes arms and he administered the declarations of a never ending war on terror. Why “never ending?”

The Atom Bomb

Albert Einstein wrote President Frank D Roosevelt a letter regarding the advancements in Nazi Germany’s technology. Germany’s objective as stated by Albert Einstein was to purify U-235 (Uranium) and he speculated that the use was for manufacturing an atomic bomb. Shortly afterward the Manhattan Project was under way so that the United States of America could produce one first. After the fall of Nazi Germany books were later published about a technology entitled the SS Brotherhood of the Bell. This Bell shaped “weapon” was said to have turned living plants in to black liquid, was rumored to be effective in time travel and was compared to make the atomic bomb look like a kitchen match at its full potential. Needless to say, this is not something you can read about in school or see on a news report. By 1945, (six years) and 2 billion dollars invested into the Manhattan project, the atomic bomb was successfully created. J. Robert Oppenheimer was the most famous of those who worked on the project. The atom bomb changed American history forever! It’s been said that we were on the brink of world annihilation several times in our history; during the Cuban missile crisis and during the Ronald Reagan administration just to name a few.

How does the atomic bomb change the game for America? Because while pointing the big gun at the rest of the world, we could massively manufacture commercial weapons that “inferior countries” (those without nuclear power) could destroy each other with domestically. A good movie based on actual events that makes reference to this point is THE LORD OF WAR. The main character Yuri Orlov played by Nicolas Cage is a Ukrainian immigrant that sales arms to various countries in the world, mainly in the continent of Africa. To quote Yuri Orlov: “There are over Five hundred and fifty million fire arms in world-wide circulation…that’s one fire arm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is… how do we arm the other eleven?” That movie was released in 2005. It’s a must see because when you find out who he’s really working for it makes sense why he seems to be above the law in all his endeavors.

My top three weapons of mass destruction that have been used already: television(scare tactics), guns (mass distribution), and bad food(processed and GMO experimental).

Legislation rules!

The history of laws is what makes the people civilized. Civilization as we know has its roots in Roman and Greek/Hellenic rule. Some argue that Rome is attributed to the perfect legal system. Others say, the civilization structure of ancient Greeks better defined as the republics of Hellenes was the best of our ages due to the rich record poetry, philosophy, literature, physicians and other intellectual activity. After all, Hellenes are famous for the Olympics and civil liberty traditions that the entire world keep today. Yet, here in America laws are bought and sold at the highest bid. Scales of justice are tipped in the favor of the rich. Even legislation is rewritten for those who pay off cunning lobbyist. Legislation by definition is law makers. The United States of America is governed by three branches legislative, executive and judicial. One writes the law…the other enforces…the other judges. (The pen, sword and gavel)
Law is simple but I think the tainted judgment of those who have been pampered through Ivy League schools have complicated its power.

Law by my definition is simply the wisdom to govern the people. It’s clear that since we are dealing with corruption and chaos in our system then we can chalk it up as somebody lack of wisdom. Is it possible to have an Ivy League education and be a fool? Is it possible to have the authority to police cities and be a fool? Absolutely, we have internal affairs whose job is not as complicated as it may seem. For instance, the police office in Oakland California that shot that teenage boy with another cops knee on his neck. He was faced down, cuffed and subdued in a crowded subway and the office stood to his foot pulled out his gun and shot the kid in the back in cold blood! It’s possible that reasons that far exceed civil reasons could’ve caused him to take that kids life. However, when he goes before a judge will that judge rightfully bring justice upon a fool? You can’t predict such a thing in the United States of America without knowing key facts. Those facts are how much money does his family have to afford good legal representation? Also consider state or city police officers are now being given federal authority so these officers get federal legal representation. Therefore, to sue a city official would be like suing your government. I don’t think justice would be served. Justice wasn’t served when Rodney King got beat down in the streets of Los Angeles, CA by multiple police officers on video tape. The jurisprudence stated that all the police officers were “not-guilty.” Los Angeles rioted for injustice and still no justice was served.

Civil liberty

Civil liberties are inherent. If you came from a line of slaves rights to civil liberties are not guaranteed to you. They may be given to you, but they are not guaranteed. Greeks made the freedom of intellectual activity aided in the prosperity of their civilization. The Romans established the Canon Code Laws to govern the world through the ordinances of the church. Protestants protested their faiths ventured to new lands divided their theological views but the laws of civility remained intact. The United States of America’s civil law was established on the Roman Catholic Canon Code Laws. These laws and principles were rewritten and reestablished under the Constitution of the United States. However, from 1913 to approximately 1930 the transition of America’s civil laws became internationally aligned. This alignment of laws is currently called the Uniform Commercial Code. This affects everything about how people live their lives without the people even knowing. The social security number distributed brands the citizenship of the American to these particular laws. Even the science of population control and depopulation is printed directly on every citizen’s birth certificate (Ex. SS111111?) can be value checked on the New York Stock Exchange. Talk about civil liberties, we have them! Let’s not forget the profound protests that brought people together in the Civil Rights movement of the 60’s led by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His nonviolent divine movement let the world know that civil liberties are possible for any American willing to demand justice in a land that promises freedom.
